Return & Exchange Conditions


From the date of purchase, within 45 days, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason. Please contact customer service once the item is delivered to the warehouse so the refund process will start.

* Returns must include all accessories

* Items must include original packaging

* For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

* For quality related warranty claims, Samvek refunds the cost of the product itself

* Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements


Note: If you encounter any issues with the product you purchased and apply for a return for a refund, please ensure that the gift is in good condition and returned together. If the gift cannot be returned due to the buyer's reasons or is damaged or lost during the return, we will not refuse the return of the purchased product. However, the corresponding price will be deducted from the transaction payment based on the value of the gift.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Replacement process:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your return is received and inspected, Our customer service team will verify your eligibility for the refund request and notify you accordingly. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
